About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to support their FMCG brand initiatives, based in Portsmouth . This role will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, contributing to brand awareness and consumer engagement. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategies, manage social media, coordinate events, and analyse campaign performance. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a budding marketer to gain valuable experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector within a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Assist in the coordination of marketing events, trade shows, and product launch activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimisation.

Requirements

• Experience in a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive role, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
