Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling marketing materials across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve their full potential.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a Marketing Manager role or a senior marketing position.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles , campaign management, and performance metrics.
Experience with both traditional and digital marketing strategies, including B2B and B2C approaches.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
