Baringa is seeking an experienced Marketing Programme Lead to design and deliver an end-to-end event programme. This role will orchestrate content, attendees and external partners, acting as the central point of coordination across the business.

You will shape compelling, executive-level content and manage senior stakeholders, delivering high-impact campaigns that align with brand and strategy. This is a 12-month FTC in the UK, with a hybrid working model supporting flexibility.
