The Role

At Metica, marketing is the engine that turns industry credibility into qualified pipeline – and pipeline into closed revenue. As Marketing Lead, your goal is singular: inbound pipeline and event-driven revenue. You'll own how Metica shows up in mobile gaming and ad-tech, and you'll be measured on the deals that come back through the door.

London hybrid (office/WFH) or fully remote. Travel to key industry events is required.

You Will

• Carry a quota on marketing-sourced pipeline and closed revenue from inbound, events and partner-led co-marketing.
• Define Metica's marketing strategy – how we position SmartFloors, UA Funding and the broader Uplift suite, and set our narrative, audience priorities and channel mix.
• Own the website and content as conversion engines end to end – messaging, conversion paths, case studies and SEO.
• Build agentic marketing infrastructure – AI-powered systems for prospect enrichment, content pipelines, attribution, event follow-up and inbound qualification.
• Pick the events that matter and run the full playbook – pre-event outbound, on-site meetings, post-event nurture – hands-on at booth, dinner and side-event level.
• Equip BD with materials and sequences that close faster, build co-marketing motions with ecosystem partners, run ABM plays for Tier-1 targets, and make Metica the name that comes up when mobile ad monetisation gets discussed.

You Need

• The "Operator-Strategist" hybrid – you write the strategy deck on Monday and ship the landing page on Wednesday; a builder, not a manager, hands-on for the next 12-18 months.
• Mobile gaming & ad-tech native – you know what bid floors do, how studios think about ROAS and ARPDAU, and can hold your own with a Head of Ad Monetization.
• Sales-adjacent DNA and AI-native – you think in pipeline and closed-won rather than impressions and MQLs, and you've already rebuilt parts of your own workflow around LLMs and agents.
• 5+ years in B2B marketing within mobile gaming, ad-tech or adjacent SaaS, with 2+ years owning a revenue or pipeline number, and a track record building demand generation from a small base (ideally at a Series A/B startup).
• Hands-on experience shipping website, content and event programs yourself – not just briefing agencies – with strong analytical skills to read an attribution dashboard, spot the leaks, and fix them.
