Job Description
Joybuy, the Europe-focused retail platform of JD.com, seeks a data-driven Business Analyst (Marketplace POP) to partner with commerce, operations, product, and finance teams. You will deliver data insights, build dashboards, and drive performance through forecasting, KPI design, and strategic analysis across the marketplace ecosystem.
You’ll monitor GMV, orders, revenue, and customer experience while identifying optimization opportunities.
