A premier spa in Belfast is seeking a dedicated and skilled Massage Therapist to join their wellness team. In this role, you will provide a variety of therapeutic massage treatments designed to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and improve overall well-being for clients within the Beauty & Wellness sector. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and aromatherapy.
• Assess clients' needs and physical conditions to tailor massage treatments accordingly.
• Provide a calm and relaxing environment for clients during their treatment sessions.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend treatment plans for ongoing wellness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Adhere to all professional and ethical standards of the massage therapy profession.

Requirements

• Certified or licensed Massage Therapist (e.g., ITEC, VTCT, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in delivering various types of therapeutic massage.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
