Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to understand their physical condition, needs, and preferences for massage therapy.
• Perform various types of massage, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and aromatherapy, with a focus on client comfort and therapeutic benefit.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in the treatment room and clinic.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend treatment frequencies.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification from an accredited massage therapy school.
• Relevant professional accreditation or membership (e.g., GCMT, CThA).
• Proven experience in providing a variety of massage modalities.
• Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
