You will provide a variety of therapeutic massage services, focusing on client well-being and recovery, while operating with a high degree of autonomy. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to understand their needs, medical history, and areas of concern before each session.
• Perform a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and aromatherapy, tailoring treatments to individual client requirements.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate self-care strategies and stretches.
• Maintain detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and session summaries.
• Adhere to strict professional, ethical, and hygiene standards in all client interactions and treatments.
• Manage your schedule effectively, coordinating appointments and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, VTCT, BTEC).
• Current professional insurance and membership with a recognized professional body.
• Proven experience in delivering a variety of therapeutic massage modalities.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
