Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy massages.
• Conduct client assessments to understand their specific needs, medical history, and preferences.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address client concerns such as muscle pain, stress, and mobility issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate self-care practices.
• Accurately document client sessions and progress notes.

Requirements

• Professional certification or diploma in Massage Therapy.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Massage Therapist.
• Proficiency in various massage modalities and techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for clients in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
