Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in a wide variety of vehicles.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic software, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other specialized equipment for in-depth analysis.
• Interpret technical service bulletins, wiring diagrams, and repair manuals to accurately identify root causes of vehicle issues.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to other technicians within the workshop.
• Develop and implement effective repair strategies to minimize vehicle downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic procedures through continuous learning and training.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) as an Automotive Technician with a specialization in diagnostics.
• Master Technician certification or equivalent advanced qualifications are highly desirable.
• Exceptional understanding of vehicle electronic systems, engine control units (ECUs), CAN bus networks, and hybrid/electric vehicle systems.
• Proficiency with OEM-level diagnostic software and hardware.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical issues clearly.
