Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on all vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and suspension.
• Oversee and guide the work of other technicians, providing technical support and training.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
• Manage complex repair orders, from initial diagnosis through to final quality checks.
• Maintain and calibrate specialized automotive equipment and tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of workshop processes and standards.

Requirements

• Master Automotive Technician certification or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles.
• Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hybrid/electric vehicles, and engine performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid UK driving license is essential.
