Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert application of eyelash extensions, including classic, hybrid, and Russian volume techniques.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand desired looks, assess natural lashes, and ensure client suitability and safety.
• Provide lash lifts and tints, brow shaping, and other related lash and brow enhancement services.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization protocols for all tools and working surfaces.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure the longevity and health of their lashes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques in the lash industry through continuous training.

Requirements

• Accredited certification in Eyelash Extension application (e.g., Classic, Volume).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven, professional experience as a Lash Technician.
• Demonstrated expertise in various lash extension techniques and styles.
• Strong understanding of lash health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Excellent dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.
