Duties of the Master Technician:
- Carry out vehicle repairs and servicing to manufacturer standards
- Conduct diagnostic checks to identify faults accurately
- Inspect vehicles to assess condition and wear
- Complete work in compliance with DVSA standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety protocols during all tasks
Requirements for the Master Technician:
- Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent, supplemented with Master Technician or Accredited Technician certifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Own set of professional tools
- Strong diagnostic skills and comprehensive technical knowledge of all vehicle systems
