Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Signage Installation Operative to support live events across an exciting portfolio of elite sporting properties, including European football, golf, and multi‑sport events. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone looking to develop experience within live events, branding, and installation operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and removal of signage, graphics, and advertising boards at live events
- Support the logistics and installation team with day‑to‑day operational tasks
- Help prepare equipment, stock, and materials for upcoming installations
- Maintain installation records and report any issues to senior team members
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting signage materials when required
- Ensure work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised at all times
- Follow health & safety procedures during all installation activities
- Provide general on‑site support during busy event periods and occasional out‑of‑hours work
The successful applicant will
- Have some experience installing signage, graphics, branding, or working within events/production environments
- Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Be flexible with working hours, including overtime when required
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have good verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
- Enjoy hands‑on, physical work in fast‑paced live event environments
