Role: Matchday Stadium Assistant
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: To work home games for the 26/27 season
Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton, BN1 9BL
Contract Type: Workers Agreement

Play your part behind the scenes
This role plays a key part in creating a safe and world-class environment for thousands of supporters on matchdays.
Your matchday duties will include:
- Setting up and preparing stadium equipment, facilities, and public areas to elite Premier League standards
- Carrying out essential cleaning, deep-cleaning, and event preparation across public and staff spaces
- Executing weather-related safety measures to ensure all stadium areas remain secure and safe for supporters
- Identifying facility defects, reporting stock shortages, and collaborating across departments to deliver an exceptional matchday experience
About you
We are looking for someone who has experience of working as part of a team, a proven track record of delivering high standards of work within a specific deadline and ideally an understanding of COSHH. If you have experience of working in a large facility or carrying out cleaning tasks, this would be great, however this is not essential.
