Location: Bristol
Job Type: Full-Time Long Term (5 days a week), Day to Day Supply
Pay Rate: 140 - 200 per day
Job Overview: Looking for a rewarding role in education? Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a qualified Maths Teacher for full-time, long-term positions and day-to-day supply work across Bristol. As a Maths Teacher, you will inspire students to develop strong numeracy, problem-solving and analytical skills. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress and collaborate with colleagues to support academic achievement. The ideal Maths Teacher will hold a PGCE and QTS or QTLS. Early career teachers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths Teacher lessons.
- Support students in understanding mathematical concepts.
- Assess and monitor student progress in maths.
- Collaborate with other Maths Teachers and wider school staff.
- Support school academic goals and exam preparation.
Requirements:
- QTS or QTLS certification.
- PGCE or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for teaching maths.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Early career teachers are welcome to apply.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.
- Must meet standard UK school safeguarding requirements.
