Veritas Education is recruiting a talented Maths Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Stockton-on-Tees. This welcoming school has a strong community feel, supportive leadership team, and a commitment to ensuring every student achieves their best.
This is a full-time, long-term position covering a staff absence and is available to start immediately. The successful candidate will predominantly teach Key Stage 4 Maths, playing a key role in supporting students towards strong GCSE outcomes.
The Role
Deliver engaging and well-planned Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 Take responsibility for a substantial KS4 teaching timetable Track progress and implement strategies to maximise attainment Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Work collaboratively within a supportive Maths departmentThe Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has experience teaching Maths at secondary level Confident delivering lessons up to GCSE standard Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills Passionate about helping young people succeedWhat the School Offers
