Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a Temporary Teacher of Mathematics to join a large and vibrant Maths department in Liverpool, Merseyside. Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering high-quality, creative, and contextualised lessons that challenge students and promote progress.
• Monitoring and assessing student performance to ensure they achieve their full potential.

• Collaboration with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE).
• Experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary school setting.
• A commitment to supporting students’ personal and academic development.
• Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and the right to work in the UK.
