Mechanical & Electrical Planner (Building Services)
Remote (1 day in the Liverpool office every 2 weeks)
£70,000 - £75,000 + Remote + Progression + Management Training + Company Benefits
Are you a Mechanical & Electrical Planner or similar, seeking a truly autonomous role where you will have full power of when and where you work?
Do you want to work on multi million pound sky scrapers, office blocks and luxury hotels within a industry leading business?
On offer is the chance to build your managerial experience through funded courses such as SMSTS and various other hands on training programs along with consistent 1 on 1 training from industry professionals.
This company was founded in 1950s, starting from the ground up, this company have grown their company to new heights turning over £60 Million and ever expanding.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Planner ideally from a Building services background, commutable to and from Liverpool.
This role:
Planning M&E Building Services works across projects /schemes
Working with Mechanical And Electrical teams to develop programmes and coordinate activities
Reviewing Drawings, specification and project requirements
Monitoring progress against programme and updating schedules.
Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and site teams.The Person:
Commutable to Liverpool (Once every 2 weeks)
