Taskmaster Resources is currently recruiting experienced Assembly Operatives to join our client based in Ecclesfield (S35).

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 6:00am 3:30pm

Pay:

• £12.71 per hour during training
• £14.15 per hour upon successful completion of training

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products in accordance with technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Work on a production line assembling products ready for the welding process.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Carry out visual quality inspections to ensure finished products meet required specifications.
• Identify and report any defects or quality concerns to the supervisor or quality team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety procedures.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules to meet production targets.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives.
• Carry out basic tool and equipment setup or maintenance where required.
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is essential.
• Experience working in a production or engineering environment is advantageous. xwwtmva
