Job Description
We are looking for a Production Technician to join our team in Bedhampton.
In this role, you will help build and assemble high-quality hydraulic pumps, motors, and generators used in civil and military aircraft.
What you'll be doing:
Assembling hydraulic pumps, motors, and generators
Reading and following engineering drawings and work instructions
Completing production paperwork accurately
Carrying out visual and basic dimensional checks
Ensuring products meet quality standards
Working as part of a team to solve problems and improve processes
Supporting 5S and continuous improvement activities
What we're looking for:
Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
Ability to read and follow technical drawings
Good attention to detail and ability to work to small tolerances
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous aerospace manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
Aerospace or manufacturing qualifications would be an advantage
