Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Yarnton
Salary: Up to £42000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (40 hours per week)
Contract Type: Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join a growing and innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assembling high-quality mechanical products.
Key responsibilities for the Mechanical Assembler:
Carry out mechanical assembly in line with company standards
Work confidently from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Ensure builds meet quality and safety requirements
Identify and report any issues or improvements within the assembly process
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
The Mechanical Assembler should have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in mechanical assembly
Ability to accurately follow technical instructions, SOPs, and drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Experience in a prototype or R&D environment would be highly advantageous
A proactive and team-oriented attitude
