Mechanical Design Engineer - Aerospace

Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems and components for aerospace applications using advanced CAD/CAE tools .
• Perform detailed structural, thermal, and dynamic analysis to ensure design integrity and performance under extreme conditions.
• Create detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications, adhering to strict aerospace standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, materials, and systems engineering teams to optimize designs for production and performance.
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical design issues throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design within the aerospace industry .
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA V5/V6, SolidWorks) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN).
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of relevant aerospace regulations and standards (e.g., ARP4754A, DO-160).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
