Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications using advanced 3D CAD software.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis, including structural integrity, thermal management, and aerodynamics, for aerospace components.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test plans, adhering to aerospace standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers, both remotely and through virtual meetings.
• Support the testing and validation of aerospace systems, analyzing performance data and implementing necessary design modifications.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aerospace industry regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with a significant focus on the aerospace industry .
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX) and engineering analysis tools (FEA, CFD).
• Solid understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and relevant industry standards (e.g., AS9100).
• Experience with system integration and testing in an aerospace context.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote teamwork.
