Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications using 3D CAD software .
• Perform stress, thermal, and vibration analysis to ensure designs meet stringent performance requirements.
• Create detailed manufacturing drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are optimized for production processes.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input for problem-solving.
• Contribute to the testing and validation of prototypes and production hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the aerospace sector.
• Proficiency in using CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar.
• Experience with structural analysis tools (e.g., FEA).
• Understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
