Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications using advanced CAD and analysis tools.
• Perform detailed structural, thermal, and dynamic analyses to ensure designs meet stringent performance and safety requirements.
• Create comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including drawings, specifications, and BOMs, compliant with aerospace standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, systems engineering, and quality assurance teams in a hybrid work environment.
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and validation testing throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in aerospace mechanical design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, with specific experience in the aerospace sector.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA V5, SolidWorks) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN).
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards (e.g., AS9100).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
