Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications, adhering to stringent industry standards.
• Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and P&IDs using advanced CAD software .
• Conduct thorough stress analysis , thermal analysis, and vibration testing on designed components.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are producible and meet performance requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
• Contribute to the specification and selection of materials and manufacturing processes suitable for aerospace environments.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with specific experience in the aerospace industry .
• Proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA or NX, and experience with FEA tools (e.g., NASTRAN).
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing techniques, and relevant industry regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, project-driven environment.
