Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components for automotive powertrains, including engines, transmissions, and related systems.
• Utilize CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations (e.g., FEA, CFD) to analyze component performance and durability.
• Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation.
• Work closely with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are optimized for production processes.
• Support prototype build and test activities, contributing to problem-solving and design validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on automotive components.
• Proficiency in using CAD tools for design and drafting.
• Experience with engineering simulation software for stress, thermal, or fluid analysis.
• Understanding of powertrain systems and automotive manufacturing processes.
