Key Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings.
• Perform calculations and simulations for structural integrity, thermal performance, and vibration analysis.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are optimized for production.
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and validation testing for new components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the development and production phases.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, with a focus on the automotive sector .
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as CATIA or Siemens NX.
• Knowledge of automotive standards, regulations, and materials.
• Familiarity with CAE tools for simulation (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
