Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for automotive applications using advanced 3D CAD software.
• Conduct detailed engineering analyses, including structural, thermal, and vibration analysis, to ensure component performance and durability.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are optimized for efficient and cost-effective production.
• Develop and execute testing plans for prototypes and production components, analyzing results and implementing design improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive sector to drive innovation in product design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on automotive applications.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and engineering simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with product validation and testing procedures in an automotive context.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
