Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer HVAC systems for commercial and industrial buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Develop detailed schematics, calculations, and specifications for HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
• Perform load calculations and energy analysis to optimize system efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate HVAC designs with other building systems.
• Prepare tender documents and assist in the procurement process for HVAC components and installation.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC design and mechanical systems engineering.
• Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and relevant calculation tools.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and building physics principles.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy-efficient HVAC technologies.
