Key Responsibilities

• Ensure designs comply with relevant maritime standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably with exposure to the marine or offshore industries.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and an understanding of PDM systems.
• Knowledge of materials suitable for corrosive marine environments and relevant manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with engineering simulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Plymouth .
