Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and prototype innovative mechanical systems and components for new product concepts.

• Conduct basic engineering analysis and simulations to assess design feasibility and performance.
• Build and test prototypes, documenting results and iterating on designs based on findings.
• Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to translate concepts into functional hardware.
• Support the transition of successful designs from R&D to product development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on prototyping and R&D environments.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
• Hands-on experience with workshop tools and fabrication techniques.
• Basic understanding of FEA and simulation principles is beneficial.
