Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical parts and assemblies using CAD software .
• Perform FEA simulations and calculations to ensure the structural integrity and performance of designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to optimize designs for production and assembly.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring design intent is maintained.
• Assist in the testing and validation of prototypes and production units.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer , with a strong understanding of mechanical principles.
• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and materials.
• Good understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.
• Effective communication skills for both in-office and remote collaboration.
