Mechanical Design Engineer

We're partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing company in Cambridge that is expanding its Mechanical Engineering team.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing mechanical components and assemblies for both new and existing products. You'll also support prototype builds, produce engineering drawings for prototype and volume manufacture, and create technical build documentation.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years' industry experience in mechanical or product design
• Experience designing mechanical components and assemblies
• Knowledge of electrical integration
• Understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacture) principles
• Experience with 3D CAD modelling and mechanical analysis tools
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on engineering approach
