Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the full development cycle of new mechanical systems and products, from ideation to functional prototypes.
- Conduct feasibility studies, research, and analysis to support the development of innovative solutions.
- Design, build, and test mechanical prototypes, iterating based on performance data and feedback.
- Utilize CAD software and simulation tools to model and analyze complex mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are scalable and cost-effective for production.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations on development progress and findings.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with a focus on development.
- Experience in R&D or product development environments is essential.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software and engineering simulation tools.
- Solid understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
