Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using advanced 3D CAD software , ensuring optimal performance and manufacturability.
• Perform engineering calculations, including stress analysis and thermal assessments, to validate design integrity.
• Create comprehensive manufacturing drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product integration and troubleshoot design challenges.
• Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation activities, providing essential mechanical engineering expertise.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing designs and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and familiarity with FEA tools .
• Good understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
