Job Description
Mechanical Foreman
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 6–8 mechanical operatives on site.
- Allocate daily tasks and ensure works meet programme deadlines.
- Oversee mechanical installation works to a high standard.
- Read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
- Ensure all works comply with RAMS, health & safety and site requirements.
- Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and other trades.
- Monitor progress, quality and workmanship.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Foreman, Mechanical Supervisor or Senior Mechanical Tradesperson.
- Experience managing and coordinating a team of 6–8 operatives.
- Good knowledge of site procedures, RAMS and health & safety.
- Valid Black CSCS Card
