Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Description
- Carrying out general repairs, investigating and rectifying faults and completing scheduled maintenance to ensure the reliability of our assets.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of water recycling assets - including equipment installed at water treatment works.
- Carrying out planned & reactive maintenance on our mechanical assets.
Requirements
- NVQ level 2 or 3 (mechanical/engineering) qualification (or equivalent) and/or completed a relevant apprenticeship
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working with mechanical control systems, telemetry systems, pumps, gearboxes and general mechanical/electrical plant maintenance would also be advantageous.
Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in mechanical and electrical plant maintenance, including planned and reactive maintenance of water recycling assets. Holds relevant qualifications and possesses hands-on experience with mechanical control systems and telemetry systems.
