About the Role

This role is critical for overseeing the successful execution of mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will liaise between design teams, manufacturing departments, and clients, managing all project phases from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of mechanical engineering projects, from planning and resource allocation to execution and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing complex mechanical engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with technical drawings, P&IDs, and project documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing on-site collaboration with remote work.
