You will be responsible for the technical oversight, planning, and delivery of various mechanical initiatives, ensuring they meet project goals, timelines, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical engineering projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth project progress and timely delivery of components.
- Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and problem-solving sessions to address project challenges proactively.
- Ensure all engineering designs and project deliverables comply with relevant standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues clearly and effectively to stakeholders through virtual channels.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with a strong project management foundation.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing mechanical engineering projects, demonstrating successful delivery.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and materials.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
