Mechanical Project Manager: Lead Building Services Projects

Adept:Us in South Wales is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a varied portfolio of mechanical building services projects, typically ranging from £250k-£1m, across healthcare, council, education and public sector environments.

You will manage programmes, subcontractors and project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, build strong client relationships and work closely with site, commercial and design teams.
