We're working with a well-established M&E contractor that's continuing to grow across South Wales.
They're looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to help deliver a varied portfolio of mechanical building services projects, typically ranging from £250k-£1m, across healthcare, council, education and public sector environments.
You'll be responsible for:
* Delivering mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion.
* Managing programmes, subcontractors and project delivery.
* Building strong client relationships.
* Managing costs, variations and project performance.
* Working closely with site, commercial and design teams.
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience delivering Mechanical Building Services projects.
* A background as a Mechanical Project Engineer or Project Manager.
* Good commercial awareness and strong organisational skills.
* The ability to build lasting client relationships and manage multiple projects.
