Mechanical Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing mechanical contractor delivering high-quality new build projects across the South East. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PM looking to take ownership of exciting projects across residential, care homes and commercial developments, typically valued between £500k-£3m. ⭐ The Package £65,000 salary DOE Company vehicle or car allowance Company phone & computer Private healthcare Contributory pension Excellent career progression ️ Ongoing training & development ️ High-profile new build projects The Role Manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion. Oversee installation, testing and commissioning. Manage subcontractors, engineers and supply chain partners. Control budgets, resources, programme and quality. Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors. Chair site meetings and technical reviews. Manage project documentation, reporting and commercial processes. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. About You You'll ideally have 5 years' experience managing mechanical services on new build projects, with strong knowledge of: Heating, hot & cold water and ventilation Heat pumps / renewable technologies Mechanical drawings and design Building Regulations & CDM JCT / Design & Build contracts SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and NVQ Plumbing & Heating are desirable.
