Windlesham, Surrey £75,000 - £85,000+ Package (DOE) Contract option available: £400 - £450 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor delivering works on a pharmaceutical campus in Windlesham.

This role would suit a Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction projects. Previous pharmaceutical or high-level laboratory experience is not essential, as the project is largely commercial in nature, incorporating some medical gas installations.

The Role

Lead and manage mechanical building services packages from inception through to completion Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget Attend and lead project progress meetings Manage commissioning activities and oversee project handover Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management

Requirements

Proven track record as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E sector Experience delivering commercial projects valued from several million pounds upwards Strong understanding of HVAC, public health and mechanical building services installations Excellent communication and leadership skills Medical gas experience would be advantageous but is not essential
