Mechanical Site Manager - Water/Wastewater Projects & Growth

Involve Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to lead water infrastructure schemes from inception to completion in West Wales. The role covers refurbishments, upgrades to wastewater treatment works, pipework, tanks, screens and pumps, on a long-term framework valued up to £7 million.

The ideal candidate will be process-driven with a mechanical background, NEC experience and strong stakeholder engagement skills, with water sector exposure being highly desirable.
