We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London .

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on Mechanical Supervisor who can lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure mechanical installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role:

• Supervise mechanical installations across commercial fit-out projects
• Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure works are delivered to programme, specification and quality standards
• Coordinate with electrical, construction and other MEP disciplines
• Monitor progress and report back to the Project Manager
• Assist with planning, sequencing and coordination of works
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure correct installation standards
• Ensure health & safety requirements are maintained at all times
• Support commissioning, testing and handover

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Site Supervisor
• Strong commercial fit-out background
• Solid knowledge of mechanical building services, including HVAC and plumbing
• Ability to lead subcontractors and site teams effectively
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications and installation requirements
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Relevant mechanical qualifications / industry experience

Package:

Up to £75,000 depending on experience
