ROLE: Mechanical Supervisor
PAY RATE: £35.00/ per hour
CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary - 9 Months
LOCATION: Skelton, North East
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support a construction project at a school in the North East.
The successful candidate will supervise mechanical works on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise mechanical works and subcontractors on site.
- Monitor progress, quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with site management and other trades.
- Ensure health & safety requirements are maintained.
- Support site inspections and resolve mechanical issues as required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within construction.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical building services.
- Good understanding of site health & safety requirements.
- Relevant qualifications/cards for the role.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
