Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and test mechanical systems, ensuring seamless integration with other project components.
• Develop technical specifications, P&IDs, and system architectures for complex mechanical assemblies.
• Perform detailed computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA) to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams, including hardware and software engineers, to define system requirements and resolve integration issues.
• Oversee the prototyping and validation phases, ensuring systems meet all performance and safety standards.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including test plans, reports, and user manuals, for remote review and approval.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a systems focus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical systems design and analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools and advanced simulation software for CFD and FEA.
• Strong understanding of control systems, mechatronics, and system integration principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
