Monday - Friday Days Based role - You can be based in or around the following areas: Ellesmere Port, Chester, Birkenhead, Liverpool, Manchester, Wrexham, Crewe, Northwich, Warrington
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Overtime (1.5x hourly rate weekdays, 2x hourly rate weekends) + 33 days Holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) + Life Assurance + Enhanced Pension Scheme + Medicash + Onsite Parking

The ideal candidate will be an experienced mechanical maintenance engineer or supervisor with a background in the oil & gas, chemical, or process industries, looking to step into or continue within a leadership position managing maintenance teams.

The Role:
- Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader working a days-based Monday - Friday role
- Leading a team carrying out planned, preventative and corrective mechanical maintenance across the site
- Managing maintenance planning through the CMMS, overseeing contractors, stores, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Participating in shutdowns, plant outages, and an on-call rota when required
The Person:
- Qualified Mechanical Engineer with a trade apprenticeship
- Mechanical maintenance experience within the Oil, Gas, Chemical, or Process industries
- Previous experience leading maintenance teams or supervising contractors
